Tai Chi Qinna (Chin Na) and Free Sparring Techniques DVDs

Tai Chi Qinna and San Shou (Free Sparring ) is/are the highest level of Tai Chi Kungfu. When your Tai Chi Quan and Tai Chi Push-hands have reached to certain level, then you can start to practise Tai Chi San Shou. Sometimes, Tai Chi San Shou is thought to be the extension of Tai Chi Push-hands, however, there is no rules to follow for Tai Chi San Shou. Each action varies naturally and moves forward or backward sticking with opponent together. Each attacking or defence uses skills where you never apply hard energy or hard force to strike your opponents. In Chinese, we call it 'Si Liang Bo Qiang Jin', translating into English 'four gram of force to move away thousand grams of weight'.

This series of dvds is demonstrated by Sifu Chen Erhu, who is the 20th generation successor of the Chen family and the 12th generation direct line inheritor of Chen Style Tai Chi Quan.

Taiji was originated from boxing, where Taiji push-hands can asses if your taiji form is performed correctly and if your taiji kungfu has made progress. Both Taiji push-hands and Taiji sparring are examples of Taiji 13 form's applications. Chen-style Taiji Quan routine was founded by Cheng Changxing and was further developed by his proud disciple Yang Luchang who spent 18 years on it. Yang was unparalleled with Taiji sparring envolving 113 movements. The whole 113 movements routine will be here demonstrated and explained by Chen Erhu who is the twelfth successor of Chen-style Taijiquan.
